I would encourage you to devote some time in the month of June to contemplation of and prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. On a personal note, an image of the Sacred Heart is the first Catholic image I ever remember seeing. It remains for me a reassuring image of the love Christ has for sinners. Here’s a prayer to pray this coming month: 

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, 

Fountain of every blessing, 

I adore you. I love you. 

I offer you this poor heart of mine. 

Make me humble, patient, pure, 

And Wholly obedient to your will. 

Summer is, rightly so, a time of travel and vacations. Attendance at our Masses declines, and, thus, so do our collections. Now, our bills and financial obligations do not take a respite during the summer. Faith Direct makes disciplined giving to the parish convenient. Breakfast attendance is growing, and so is the need for breakfast items and hosts! Food items can be homemade, baked or store bought! Please sign up to host a regular Sunday or bring an item to share. It is a wonderful opportunity for a family to volunteer together.

Pray for Pope Leo XIV and the Church during our 48 hours of Adoration. At least two adorers are needed for each hour. A minimum of 2 persons are required for each hour.  There will be security posted during the night hours.
